I tried. I really really tried to find a spot and to be inspired, but this Saturday was a scratch. The sun had a lazy day - almost didn't show up! Which basically made everything look drab and colourless (see the photo taken today). And to make things worse, the snow banks - plowed to the side of the road after last Wednesday's heavy snow storm - were so high, it was impossible to see anything from the comfort of the car. And hay! I wasn't going out there! So sorry folks. I hope the sun will come back next weekend. I just can't paint without shadows!!
